While Rohan and Supriya on their way to the clinic for medical examination, they are kidnapped by Sheller’s goons and held captured for 36 hours. Inspector Chaubey (Narendra Jha), recommends him to get his wife medically examined in 24 hours to verify the sexual assault. A scary Rohan instantly calls the police. On the next day when Rohan is at work, Wasim and Amit sneak into the Rohan’s home and gang rape Supriya. He sends his friend Wasim (Sahidur Rahman), drunkenly misbehave with them, angering Rohan, and they have heated argument. One night, when they are returning back to their home after dining out, they are intervened by Amit Shellar (Rohit Roy), a local goon and younger brother of Madhav Rao (Ronit Roy), a famous politician. They both fall in love with each other and get married. Through friends, he meets Supriya Sharma (Yami Gautam), a working lady who is also blind, but happily independent. Rohan Bhatnagar (Hrithik Roshan) is a caring happy young man who has been blind since birth and works as a voice-over artist for a living.
